Em City is reopened. Sister Pete asks Beecher to sit in on an interaction between Vern and Said. He agrees after she points out it will look good to the parole board. The three men sit down with Sr. Pete and tensions are high. Toby says Vern would have been justified in shanking Said if the situation was reversed.
