Naked at the Coast

The New York-based theater company Naked Angels
went to Los Angeles and did a series of one-act plays. Lee joined in
because many old friends -- some that he had known
since he worked in restaurants -- were in the theater company.
"Chicken
Potential"
Lee played Zeke in "Chicken
Potential." It's a character study by Peter Hedges, who wrote
the novel and movie "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" and the
screenplay for "About a Boy."
The other character in this one-act play is
Guy. It was played by Geoffrey Nauffts, the actor who was
Alexander Vogel in the "Great Men" episode of
"Oz," and Frank Martin in the "Stocks &
Bondage" episode of "Law & Order: SVU."
"Coq Au Vin"
Lee played a character named Man in "Coq Au
Vin." The other two characters were Chicken 1 and Chicken 2.
The chickens actually are actors dressed as chickens at a fair,
"trying to find meaning in their desperate work, rekindling purpose and affection for each
other," according to a Variety review.
